Lake Valencia lies in the center of the City of Maumelle next to the Maumelle Public Library.
It features a fountain, gazebo, fishing docks, and a boardwalk around the lake.
Lake Valencia is the perfect place for bank fishing, or fishing off the dock, walking or jogging around the boardwalk, and simply enjoying
the beautiful scenery.
The lake is stocked in the winter with rainbow trout through the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission and, every other year, with catfish for
Maumelle's annual fishing derby that alternates between Lake Valencia and Lake Willastein.
